“I love the location, interior design, spacious bedrooms, front patio, and two-car garage,” explains Andrea, who recently purchased a new Plan 1 home at Mission 24 in San Marcos. “I’m coming from an apartment where I had no garage, so that aspect was huge for me.”

“Sandy was super responsive to any question I had, made sure to keep me up to date on any progress, and kept me in the loop about things that were pending before I could move in,” notes Andrea. “I didn’t have to wait days for a response, nor did I feel like I was ever a bother when I had any questions. It was also very thoughtful of her to print out extra copies of the Home Maintenance paperwork and important/emergency numbers that could be helpful for us in the future. This is all in the handbook, but Hallmark took that extra initiative to highlight it for us.”

Extending her appreciation to Hallmark’s preferred lender, Andrea continues, “I want to give credit to Charles, Hallmark’s preferred lender, who made the whole process soooo smooth. At the end of the process, there wasn’t much for me to do, nor any last-minute paperwork being requested. They were very responsive to anything I asked, and were also extremely helpful in finding a HO6 insurance company for me.”
