Chris Hall, President of Hallmark Communities, was named the 2023 Chairman of the Building Industry Association of San Diego. As Chair, Hall will join building industry leaders across the region to guide the BIA of San Diego as it works to build strong communities, create quality jobs, and advocate for housing.
Hall states, “I am honored to join the BIA at such a pivotal time, as the organization celebrates 85 years of building better housing for all San Diegans.
