In collaboration with H. G. Fenton, Hallmark Communities is bringing a new vision for coastal living to life in Carlsbad. This transformative beachside community will turn a former self-storage site and junkyard at the Pronto beachfront to into a vibrant residential neighborhood of 86 luxury for-rent homes.
Opening in Fall 2025, the community will offer a mix of two-story triplexes, three-story rowhomes, and townhomes – most featuring three or four bedrooms. Designed with elevated rental living in mind, these homes will include private backyards and attached garages, while select residences will feature rooftop decks and breathtaking ocean views.
